On 28 May 2026, representatives of Dnipro University of Technology took part in the 3rd Transnational Partners Meeting (TPM3) of the Erasmus+ Capacity Building project RE-DIRECTION – Rethinking Higher Education in the Digital Context and Implementing a Joint Inclusive and Green Framework based on EU Best Practices and Policy Recommendations, hosted by Metropolitan College in Athens, Greece.

Dnipro University of Technology was represented by Tetiana Vysotska, Head of the Department of Translation, and Olesia Cherkashchenko, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Translation. The meeting brought together representatives of partner institutions from Ukraine, Georgia, Greece, and Germany.

The agenda focused on the achievements and ongoing activities within the project work packages aimed at supporting the digital transformation of higher education, strengthening inclusiveness and sustainability practices, and enhancing the quality of university curricula in line with European educational standards. Participants discussed the outcomes of pilot activities, quality assurance measures, dissemination strategies, and policy recommendations developed within the project.

Particular attention was paid to the implementation of Work Package 4 (WP4), which focuses on piloting innovative educational content and teaching approaches. During the meeting, partner institutions shared their experiences of integrating newly developed learning materials into educational programmes and presented feedback collected from students and academic staff.О

Dnipro University of Technology presented the results of piloting activities conducted with students of philology programmes. The presentation highlighted students’ engagement in educational modules dedicated to sustainability, digital communication tools, inclusive communication practices, and digital information literacy. The pilot activities demonstrated a high level of student involvement and confirmed the relevance of the developed materials for modern philological and translation training.

The meeting also included thematic workshops, collaborative discussions, and networking sessions that enabled project partners to exchange experiences, identify good practices, and discuss opportunities for further cooperation. These activities contributed to strengthening the international dimension of the project and ensuring the effective implementation of its objectives.

Participation in TPM3 provided an important opportunity for Dnipro University of Technology to contribute to the development of innovative educational approaches and to share its experience in integrating digital, inclusive, and sustainability-oriented components into higher education curricula. The outcomes of the meeting will support the further implementation of project activities and the dissemination of project results among students, academic staff, and external stakeholders.
